Pancake with buckwheat and casera cheese
4 Luppoli Lager.
(for 4 people)
300 g of buckwheat flour
200 g of white flour
100 g of Casera cheese
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
5 g of yeast
A small glass of brandy
2 l of peanut oil
Mix the flour with buckwheat flour using sparkling water until the mixture is fairly consistent.
Add the diced cheese, breadcrumbs, yeast and brandy.
Heat the oil in a large pot
With the help of a spoon pour the dough in the oil forming small irregular balls
Serve the pancakes still very hot accompanied with sauteed chicory
