Recipe ingredients:

(for 4 people)

100 g of whole milk
100 g of fresh cream
200 g of grated Grana Padano cheese
2 gelatin sheets
2 g of nutmeg
50 g of pine nuts
130 g of toasted and crumbled Piedmont hazelnuts
extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Preparation:

Cook fresh cream and milk, salt and pepper and add a little of nutmeg and pine nuts. Add the gelatine sheets, softened in cold water, and blend. Add the grated cheese and mix on ice until it thickens. Mix the whipped cream and let it rest for about 4-5 hours. Pour into molds for ice cream and insert the stick. Leave in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Wrap in toasted hazelnuts.

Presentation:

Serve in individual dishes.
