Layer cake of Brawn of Gioi, artichoke and oyster mushroom
5 Luppoli Bock Chiara.

4 disks of puff pastry with 8 cm diameter
2 oyster mushrooms
Extra virgin olive oil q.b.
Juice of ½ lemon
12 marjoram leaves
160 g of Brawn of Gioi
Bake the puff pastry.
Cut the oyster mushrooms into thin slices.
Clean and peel the artichokes and cut them into slices.
Place the sliced artichokes and oyster mushrooms in a bowl and mix dressing with extra virgin olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
Put the puff pastry disks into flat dish, then overlap alternating slices of Brawn joy, artichoke and oyster mushroom, then finish with marjoram.
