Sweet paprika chicken

Recipe ingredients:

(for 4 people)

1 chicken of 1200 g
150 g of sweet paprika
20 g of triple concentrated
1 dl of white wine
EVO Oil to taste
One carrot
½ stalk of celery
One onion
Rosemary to taste
Salvia to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Preparation:

Bone the chicken to obtain 2 breasts cut in half  (4 pieces) 2 legs, 2 thighs
Split the carcass into small pieces and fry in a little oil in a saucepan
Add the vegetables and sauté
Deglaze with white wine
Sprinkle with paprika and add the concentrated

Cook for 1 hour
Filter and reduce the liquid
Adjust flavor
Brown the chicken pieces with a little oil
