5 Luppoli Bock Chiara.

A heart of white celery of Sperlonga i.g.p.
200 ml of sunflower oil
White wine vinegar to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
33 cl of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
10 g of powdered hops
Prepare a reduction of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli
Prepare a mayonnaise with egg, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper, adding at the end of the reduction of Bock Chiara 5 luppoli to obtain the taste wished.
Clean and peel the celery of Sperlonga and divide it into small pieces.
Place in a serving dish the celery of Sperlonga bits and top with drops of mayonnaise and sprinkle with powdered hops.
